Excellently maintained and clean station, love the clean air conditioned trains. Polite staff who are able to assist passengers. Nice selection of flowers on display and well-maintained flower pots. Easy ground level access points with ramps and slopes, clear signage. Interesting raised flower beds and a nice view of Acton park from the train. Mixed opinion: Some find the station reminiscent of “the railway children” and feel safe and efficient, while others think it needs some work done. A troublesome badger caused a minor delay for one person but was eventually resolved by staff. ✨ Overall, a lovely little station that’s clean, well-maintained, with friendly staff.
