Acton Town

Acton Town is a busy station, especially with passengers changing trains. It has step-free access and serves both the District and Piccadilly Lines. The staff are helpful and always around to assist. Although there are toilets available, some reviewers mentioned that the men’s toilets smell bad. ☕️ There is a small takeaway coffee bar just outside the barriers, which offers good quality drinks. Nearby, there’s also Jungles cafe that is worth trying for a quick bite. ✨ The station itself has a classic design by Charles Holden from 1931 and remains structurally unchanged. ✅ Overall, some find Acton Town to be efficient but unremarkable with little frills or personality.
