Lovely shop with brilliant products and exceptional customer service. Friendly and attentive service that puts a smile on your face. Staff is nice, takes time to answer questions, and allows customers to try all the products. Shop smells wonderful, but it’s super expensive and staff speaks in a soothing voice which can be disconcerting. Products are amazing, but formulations are more “conventional” than preferred for some. Favorite specialty store with great products for gifts; staff is lovely and never pressures customers to buy. Knowledgeable and helpful staff who make the shopping experience quick, easy, and enjoyable. Despite buying from another store of a similar brand, Aesop provides more free samples compared to them.
