Booked in advance for a disabled person in a wheelchair who had a motorcycle accident. Charged extra for full service, but company never showed up and were rude to both the client and the organizer. Requested money back with no response, friend had to pay more for another taxi and walk instead of using a wheelchair. Avoid this service, terrible experience. Terrible customer service experience reported by another reviewer. Booked 3 days in advance with Kabbee to take parents to the airport. Driver arrived late, shouted at father and then at the reviewer when they tried to intervene.
