Caffè Nero

The drinks and food weren’t made properly, and the prices have gone up. Some items were not heated well and the cappuccino was more like a latte. The customer service wasn’t great either. The music in one Caffè Nero branch was too loud for a small shop, making it uncomfortable. Also, one person found their hot chocolate to be mostly cream.
