Clean and tidy station, with friendly staff. Good connections to London via the London Overground and DLR. No disabled access to platforms, only stairs. No ticket barriers at the station. Mixed opinions about frequency of trains to Liverpool Street – some say they are infrequent, while others say they are mostly on time but few stop here. Tucked away not far from Cambridge Heath and Hackney Road. Famous person used to live in this area, still receives spam mail from old mobile phone company.
