Chalk Farm

Chalk Farm is a small, old-fashioned tube station with a traditional charm. ️ It’s conveniently located near The Roundhouse and has a convenience store nearby. ⏬ The lift at the station is faster than the escalators, but there aren’t enough exit barriers. ⭐ Some people find it to be an average tube station that still retains its classic façade. ❌ However, others feel that the name should be changed as there are issues with closures and boarded-up shops nearby, giving it an “eye sore” appearance. One staff member went out of their way to help someone by paying them 20p from their own pocket for the full-day charge. A long-time user who has been using Chalk Farm for over 45 years finds it timeless and has fond memories of passing through on their way to concerts at The Roundhouse.
