Chingford

Very good station with a train waiting, but food station was closed. Staff provided excellent service, helpful in giving directions. ️ Great choice of shops nearby, including a Mitsubishi dealership. ️ Lovely park just a minute walk away and close to Epping Forest. ♿ Accessible entrances and toilets. Limited parking and disabled parking available. ❤️ Good selection of bars and restaurants nearby. ✨ Clean and utilitarian suburban station that hasn’t changed much since 1878. Mixed opinions about rating – some think it’s very good but not quite 5 stars without a WHSmiths shop at the station. As the end-of-the-line Overland station, it’s easy to get a seat (and newspaper if you like reading).
