Chiswick station is considered good and easily accessible, with a footbridge linking the two platforms. Depending on the side you’re coming from, you may not need to cross the bridge, making it convenient for wheelchair users, those with buggies, or elderly people. Trains run every 15 minutes in each direction, but on weekends it’s advised to plan your journey ahead because there can be disruptions. Staff assistance may not be readily available, but there is a shop nearby where you can seek help if needed. Ticket machines are only available on the London bound platform and using discount railcards for travel towards Weybridge isn’t possible.
