One reviewer had an excellent experience with the chocolate at Costa Coffee. Another reviewer visited on October 12th, 2022 and received a warm welcome from two female staff members. They also enjoyed a delicious Cortado during their visit. ‍♂️ However, the location had a limited selection of drinks, which can be expected due to the high number of people entering Costa Coffee. On August 20th, 2023, another customer had a negative experience at this particular Costa Coffee location. They were greeted by an over assertive barista who insisted they buy something before meeting their group downstairs. This customer ended up not buying anything in disgust and vowed never to return to this particular branch of Costa Coffee. It’s worth noting that this was their first awful experience at a coffee
