Mixed opinions on Cowshed being an expensive place with a cozy vibe but falling short on high-quality service. First two experiences were okay – a good 45-minute massage and a decent manicure and pedicure, although the latter didn’t feel luxurious compared to other places. Some staff members lacked warmth and friendliness, making the welcoming attitude less pleasant. Third visit was disappointing – gel manicure resulted in lumpy nails that cracked after just one week. Technician seemed unskilled and didn’t address dry skin or gel color residue properly. Booking experience was not easy, as the system didn’t allow booking both manicure and pedicure services simultaneously. Attempts to contact reception for assistance went unanswered on multiple occasions.
