Daleham Gardens Surgery
Review 1: The doctor refused to see the patient for being 8 minutes late, lacking duty of care for a bipolar person. Sister had been forced to wait previously, but this time the doctor didn’t bother explaining. Review 2: Generally better than other practices, except for one rude and arrogant doctor named Dr. Lavania. However, Dr. Rout is highly recommended and caring. Reception staff is wonderful. ♂️ Mixed opinions about the practice. Diverging perspectives on timeliness and doctor-patient interaction. Lack of duty of care highlighted in Review 1. ♀️ Positive feedback for Dr. Rout’s compassionate approach. Complaints about one specific negative experience with Dr. Lavania but praise for overall reception staff. Overall a nice place with friendly people at reception according to Review 2.
