Staff refused to let me use the toilet at the station, which is not okay. Mixed opinions on why they declined. Videos of people passing through gates for free without touching oyster card. Mixed opinions on this issue. Station is dated, ugly, and unfriendly at night with a leaky roof. Southeastern should refurbish. ✅ Trains stop here every 15 minutes and step-free access is possible. Ticket office, ATM, car park, and bus station available. Quite bricky with a nice newsagent and a few bus connections. Ramps for accessibility but platform 1 could have steps too. Helpful staff saved me money on a rail ticket and provided itinerary printing services. ♿️ Ramps are somewhat steep for disabled users but staff are friendly. Cafe has nice coffee.
