Very helpful and cheerful station staff named Alan offered to carry suitcases up the stairs, providing a pleasant start to the journey. The station is somewhat characterless and lacks step-free access, but it attempts to showcase displays from local schools. Enfield Chase is a very regular station with interesting design choices. The station is clean and the trains arrive quickly; however, there are no toilets available.
