The station entrance/exit is small and can get busy around the ticket office/entrance. There is no disabled access to the platforms, only stairs. Trains from this station are always busy and full with passengers. A nice open-air station, though some think all stations should have ticket barriers. One customer had a negative experience with Tfl, mentioning issues with signaling systems and delays. Despite its good location, the station’s design isn’t ideal. The entrance is too narrow and there’s minimal shelter and seating. However, trains are frequent most of the time. ⭐️ A simple overground station that is convenient for Swiss Cottage, the O2 shopping centre, and a 15-minute walk to Hampstead town.
