Not too busy, with the ability to swim in lanes near children playing. Unfortunately, there was a incident where someone pooped in the pool. Mixed opinions on cleanliness – some found it nice and clean until the pool incident, while others mentioned dirty lockers that weren’t properly cleaned. ‍♂️ Pools are small, with one big-ish lane for swimming lessons and 2-4 smaller lanes for other lessons. Public section is slightly bigger than the first two swimming lesson areas combined. Reception area is nice with seats and items like goggles available for purchase. ⛔ Separate entrance for the public pools compared to the private Virgin Active Health Club operated by Virgin.
