Step free access to platforms 2, 3 & 4 via ramps, access to platform 1 via steps 🆓 Nice station with good links into and out of London ❄️ It was cool and enjoyable to visit 🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪 ⚠️ Watch out for weekends as there’s a chance trains might not be running and it can be inconvenient. However, great connections, staff, and services generally ♿️ No lift or ramp from platform 1 which is disappointing for disabled individuals or those with heavy luggage or buggies ☕ Warm waiting room on platforms 4/5 with nice photographs and books to borrow when open. Staff take care of flower beds But lack of access from platform 1 is a letdown Network Rail gave in to residents’ objections about the noise a lift would make.
