Halifax

The service at this Halifax branch was very good and the staff, especially Adele, were knowledgeable and efficient. However, another customer had a negative experience with a malfunctioning machine and poor service when trying to pay in a cheque. Mixed opinions on the opening/closing times of the branch – some found it annoying but not significant enough to drop a star. Overall, the customer service at this branch was great with helpful and cheerful staff. On the other hand, one customer was disappointed by being misled by the staff when cashing a cheque.
