Loads of stock and well laid out Staff is difficult to find and unhelpful Nice plants in the outside area ⚠️ Poor quality items ⭐ Mixed opinions on customer service – some found it disappointing, others had no issues Store will be closing down soon, leading to job loss for employees and a loss for the community Unpleasant exchange with a staff member who refused assistance due to the store closing down Confusion over pricing and refund policies.
