The plumber was amazing! He responded quickly, arrived ahead of time, and was super friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed problems correctly so that they last for a long time. The service provided by IQ Plumbing was outstanding – they guided the customer on how to stop the water over the phone without charging an emergency fee. Prices were much cheaper compared to other emergency plumbers in the area (mixed opinion). Steve from IQ Plumbers provided wonderful and prompt service, managing to fix a significant leak quickly and affordably. There was a mixed experience with another plumber who charged full price for a callout without fixing the slow drainage issue.
