Ordered a simple cremation, paid upfront, and provided an urn for the ashes. Experienced a lack of communication – no phone calls or emails returned. After multiple attempts, finally spoke to someone who promised to call back but didn’t. Had to yell and scream before receiving a call that the ashes were ready for pick up. ✨ No apologies or excuses given for the poor service and lack of communication. Received respectful and supportive treatment during the cremation process of their father. ❌ Another review mentioned very poor standards of service and disrespect towards the deceased during procession, service, and burial.
