Some customers complained that the juice, coffee, and shake they ordered were watery and when they asked for an exchange, they were told that the machines were not functioning. The employees suggested complaining publicly to get management’s attention. These customers had a bad experience with the service and found the bathrooms disgusting. ☀️ On the other hand, one reviewer mentioned that Joe & The Juice is one of the best places in Primrose Hill to enjoy fresh and unique juices on a sunny day. Another customer expressed their love for the power shake at this shop, as well as their adorable decor with their cute pink logo. However, a different customer shared that on recent visits, it has been uncomfortably hot inside which makes it difficult to do work or enjoy coffees in the afternoon.
