Customers have been using Just Airports for years. Numerous bad experiences and the last journey was the final straw. High prices that include parking and waiting time, extra charge for a baby seat. Drivers pester customers with phone calls and texts upon landing. ❌ Incompatible and unsafe baby seat provided for a 16-month-old child. Mixed opinions on the drivers not meeting customers inside the terminal with a sign like other companies do. Disgusted by the negligence and disregard for passenger comfort and safety. ✅ Appreciative of being asked about the child’s age during booking process, but disappointed with incorrect car seat provided.
