Lovely helpful team and well-stocked pharmacy – Marion, the pharmacist, is kind, patient, and helpful with vaccinations and travel advice – The staff are knowledgeable and provide very helpful advice – Marion is particularly brilliant as she remembers everything for nuanced advice – They are exceptionally friendly and welcoming Terrible service in one instance – Assistant refused to give email address for prescription communication – Other pharmacies are more helpful in providing email addresses Raj was brilliantly helpful, as is everyone at the pharmacy – Good for products as well as prescriptions Keats Pharmacy is exceptional – Despite difficulties with missing notes and medication changes due to moving, they have been polite and helpful – Five stars all the way.
