The station is generally quiet and people are polite. Train operating company is considered atrocious due to frequent train disruptions with limited alternative transportation options. Some buses near the station tend to be full by the time they reach Kidbrooke. Information display at the station is good and trains are usually on time. Station location is convenient for traveling to London at any time of the day, attracting workers from the city to move to the south east. Views differ regarding whether the new residential buildings surrounding the station have positively contributed or changed Kidbrooke as a community. Ti
