Staff at Kilburn High Road Station (Fida & Romain) are often on their phones and rude when approached for inquiries – need customer service training. Dissatisfied customer who expects better service. No lifts, only stairs to the platforms at this London Overground station. Average-sized ticket hall with 3 ticket barriers. ✅ Helpful staff in the booking office who amended a ticket mistake. ✅ Nice station with well-kept steps, good Overground service, and well-maintained stations by TFL. ✅ Busy high street with plenty of shops and restaurants, as well as good transport links everywhere. Nice little station for trains to Euston or Watford Junction, but not accessible for persons with disabilities due to stairs and no lifts nearby.
