Nice and clean train station. Trains are always on time. Plenty of staff available to help. Can get crowded due to multiple bus stops but lacks seating in shelters. ⚖️ Mixed opinions about LED information signs in bus shelters in poorer areas of London. ⚖️ One person used to love the station but feels things have changed. Station is sometimes dirty and platform changes can be inconvenient. Lack of indoor waiting rooms make it uncomfortable during winter. Clean, tidy station with seating and easy platform access. ⚠️ Some issues with ticket machines not working or accepting cash/cards. Generally safe area at night with good bus/train connections.
