Conveniently located next to the Royal Free Hospital with a bigger selection than the smaller M&S inside the hospital. Quicker payment and still close to the hospital. Good quality as expected from M&S. The smaller M&S inside the hospital can be very busy with queues when paying. One customer had an unpleasant experience with an immature staff member, feeling angry and uncomfortable. Suggests hiring better and more educated staff. Never had any issues shopping at this M&S for over 3 years. Store is quite big and has a big selection. Fun place to visit to buy food for your sister and her girlfriend. ⚠️ Some found the self-checkout at this store irritating, especially if you bring your own bag or purchase restricted products (wine, paracetamol). Requires individual ID checks for each product
