The station is served by Thameslink trains going to Luton, Kings Cross St Pancras & Farringdon. ️ Small ticket hall with only 3 barriers to go through. ♿ No disabled access to platforms or the station, only stairs. ⌛ Narrow stairs can cause delays when passengers are leaving the platforms. ⬆️ Platforms 3 and 4 have high-speed trains passing through. ✨ Mixed opinions: Some find staff helpful while others complain about their lack of communication during delays caused by fires at other stations. ️ Station in need of an upgrade with the installation of lifts for wheelchair access ASAP. Lots of buses available outside the station and various shops nearby.
