Mitcham Junction
The station is served by Thameslink, Southern trains, and Croydon tramlink with disabled access to the tram platforms and platform 2 on national rail. There are toilets available on the platform. It’s a peaceful place with no rush, and it’s convenient to have both trains and trams at the same place. The station has a nice warm and clean waiting room for passengers. One reviewer had a negative experience with an extremely rude staff member at the ticket office who was unhelpful during rail replacement. ✨ Another reviewer mentioned that the station is clean and tidy, with delayed trains but good station announcements to keep everyone informed. The station does its job as a junction decently well enough. Facilities include a few ticket machines, a cafe, and car park. Both sides have step-free
