Beautiful, amazing new underground station with clean facilities and a lift ️ Plenty of ticket barriers and good bus links nearby Mixed opinions about the staff, with one reviewer describing them as unhelpful and unprofessional Another reviewer had a negative experience with an Oyster machine, claiming it malfunctioned and took their money without updating their balance ‍♀️ Both staff members disregarded the issue of the incorrect balance shown on the machine when trying to resolve the problem Infuriating experience for this reviewer who received no apologies or further assistance from the station guard.
