The eight-week introductory course is highly recommended and enjoyable, but attendees should be prepared to drink six glasses of wine and discuss them. Beth, the instructor, is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the subject. The course is great for complete novices looking to learn about wine in a fun and educational way. Heidi, another instructor, is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and entertaining. She goes above and beyond by providing emails with recommendations, lecture notes, as well as wine and travel advice for her students.
