Bad vibes, demanded an outsized tip, unhappy masseuse – will not visit again. Masseuse appeared unfriendly and unwell, developed Covid-19 later – need to improve staffing situation and sickness policies. Great massage! Friendly staff and relaxing environment – will come back again. Mixed experiences with therapists: one visit was terrible but the other was much better. It depends on the therapist. Clean place, friendly staff, excellent massage – feel rejuvenated! Amazing service, nice atmosphere, clean rooms/facilities. Jennifer is one of the best masseuses. Highly recommend Orchid Thai Spa. Disrespectful customer service: no one at the door/answering phone when arrived for a booked appointment. Not recommended. Overall positive feedback on the massage experience.
