Nice small shop with lovely classic items, collectable teapot, and antique wooden box. Designer clothing is tucked away at the back of the shop. Great selection of books. Had unpleasant experiences with passive aggressive young women who ignored customers. ❌ Poor customer service and confrontational manager during a return. One of the best charity shops in North London, friendly staff, wide variety of amazing quality clothes. Love this place! Friendly and welcoming volunteers, always find the best bargains. Got never-worn Birkenstocks here, fabulous staff, great range from used clothes to new items. Overall: Some positive reviews praising the nice items available and friendly staff.
