Good service, but sold faulty JBL earphones. Earbud stopped working after 2 weeks. Had a great experience at the store, got the sound bar I wanted. Suresh and Andre were friendly and professional. Best company for audio visual kit, very helpful with great service from start to finish. Recommended by a loyal customer for over 20 years. Great little store, staff super friendly and helpful on the phone and in-store. Good prices and no overselling. Purchased a TV, staff reserved it for a few days as I didn’t live nearby.
