Terrible experience, nearly missed flight, taxi didn’t arrive on time. When contacted, they said booking wasn’t activated and car would arrive late. ⏰ Car never arrived, blamed it on car trouble. Not very apologetic either. ❌ To be avoided at all costs. Disaster for the first-time user. Driver didn’t show up for airport pickup. Prepayment was required, but no communication about the delay. Tube strike was used as an excuse instead of messaging or calling earlier to rearrange plans. ✈️ Left hanging and missed flight. Seems like a recurring problem according to previous reviews. 0 stars if possible. Driver was okay but had heavy footed braking technique.
