Royal Free Recreation Club – Hampstead

‍♀️ The yoga classes are highly praised, with a peaceful and spacious room. Convenient location near transport links. ‍ Charli is an amazing teacher who explains moves clearly and makes beginners feel welcome. Well-kept gym with a hygienic pool, but the changing area can be small and claustrophobic for some. ️‍♀️ The workout room is small and can get crowded with campers hoarding equipment, but there is a pool available. ️‍♂️ Recent refurbishment brings in new machines and a fantastic functional training area, reasonably priced with usually quiet atmosphere (except for peak times). A very good archery club with friendly members offering low fees. Positive experience getting vaccinated here, staff is friendly even though it may be seen as a repetitive job by some.
