‍♀️ Mixed opinions on staff training and customer service Parcel not delivered twice, no delivery card left ️ Lady at depot was lovely but lacked training to handle query Initial disbelief about tracking number being from Royal Mail, eventually convinced otherwise ❌ No way of checking if parcel was at the depot Received someone else’s mail by mistake and had to deliver it myself ✅ Feedback to Royal Mail: staff training and customer service need improvement ❗ Unexpected change in delivery status without notice.
