Booking process was difficult with issues such as a dodgy online booking site, inability to use a UK credit card, and unresponsive international phone number. Confirmation was not received initially, causing anxiety about room availability. However, the experience improved upon arrival – staff were welcoming and the room (standard double with private bathroom) was clean, tastefully decorated, and had ample charging points. Nice toiletries and great shower in the room. Despite having an outward-facing room, noise was not a problem even on a Friday night. The restaurant at Selina Camden is lovely with enjoyable coffee and delicious vegan options for those interested. Complimentary welcome drink (mimosa) was satisfactory.
