Shepherd’s Bush station is clean, convenient, and located near bus stations and a mall ️ It gets very busy due to the high number of passengers going to Westfield shopping centre. ♿ There is no disabled access, only stairs and escalators, which can be inconvenient for some. Many hotels are located in the area, making it a great place to stay with plenty of shopping and dining options. The tube station provides easy access to central London. ⬆️ Some people feel that the station should have a lift for improved accessibility. Shout out to Monica and her colleague who provided excellent customer service when resolving an Oyster card issue. One reviewer mentioned encountering masked youth attempting fights or mugging at one of the entrances during holiday periods – an unfortunate safety concern
