Great value for the hotel+parking package deal through Holiday Extras ‍♀️ Check-in process was chaotic with no clear visibility of available staff No outdoor seating area despite space for tables and benches Mixed experiences with hotel staff – most were abrupt and unwelcoming, but one exception in the Club Lounge £20 upgrade for Club Lounge access from 6pm-8pm was worth it, with free-flow wine, beers, and snacks ✅ Clean room with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom ❌ Negative experience for another guest: questioned about legitimacy of passport number given upon check-in, grubby rooms, open window in freezing temperatures ❌ Old-fashioned policy of no complimentary Wi-Fi ❓ No television channels, only radio channels ❌ Previous diner’s mess not cleaned on dinner table and rude waitress.
