Staff were friendly and explained the treatment thoroughly. Anti wrinkle treatment was easy, fast, and painless. Chyna at reception was welcoming and efficient. The clinic is well maintained and spotless. Rhona, the practitioner, was informative and made the experience memorable. Mixed opinions on whether they will return solely for Rhona’s services or not. The practitioner had extensive knowledge but didn’t overwhelm with information. The clinic provides a tailored approach instead of a one-size-fits-all treatment plan. Injections were virtually painless with minimal bruising or redness afterwards.
