Some staff members are unhelpful and more focused on their mobile phones than assisting customers. One staff member, who was of Italian descent, used to be wonderful and greeted customers with a warm smile every morning. Unfortunately, the previous excellent staff member has been replaced with subpar ones. Trains run four times an hour and there are hand sanitizers available since COVID-19. You can find copies of the Metro and Evening Standard to read at the station. ⏱️ The station has easy access to Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre, but it can get busy if there are train cancellations or fast trains aren’t running from Euston.
