Super disappointed in the service. No progress made since May 2023, emails ignored and unhelpful calls to reception. Receptionist Jodie has an unhelpful attitude and lacks listening skills. Had an amazing experience here. Staff is warm and considerate, orthodontist frequently asked about my concerns and greeted me with a smile every time. Before and after pictures showed dramatic difference in my teeth. Lucky to have a professional and caring clinician named Irena for my son. Impressed by her kindness and understanding towards him, resulting in a beautiful smile. Don’t go here! Receptionists are very rude, lack transparency about treatment plan or updates on teeth progress. Braces worn for over 4 years instead of promised 18 months without any communication from orthodontist. ⚖️ Mixed opin
