Lack of compassion from a staff member when asking for access to the disabled bathroom; Starbucks should hire more trained and customer service-oriented employees. ☕ Inconsistent drink preparation – multiple instances of receiving a venti matcha latte that is 1/4-1/2 foam/empty, not worth the high price paid. Cozy atmosphere, clean and organized shop, but some staff members need better training. Confusion with orders due to lack of markings on cups and putting them in take away bags instead of serving them for dine-in customers; had to call a staff member to clarify. ️ Suggestion to add a bin in the shop for convenience. Mixed opinions on service quality but overall positive experience apart from specific issues.
