“Our server Akshay deserves an award! Best service ever. We left feeling so happy, and the reason wasn’t just the food. Good sub! Went at 7.30 before getting our train home. Branch was empty, but staff were very friendly. They made our sub with meal deals very quickly and chatted with the kids. Food was fresh and tasty. Mixed opinions: Very disappointed I paid for multiple toppings just for them to get my order wrong so I called and explained the issue as I was finished explaining he ended the call on me without responding after listening to my complaint. Very unprofessional. Tried to call again and he would decline it. Ordered so many toppings and they didn’t give me not one, he could have at least explained I would get a refund but instead experienced so much rudeness will never be order
