Some customers feel that the staff at Subway put very little filling in their sandwiches and are generally rude. One customer experienced expired Pepsi, cold and old food, missing items, and had a bad stomachache afterward. Another customer had a good delivery time but was disappointed because the driver didn’t follow instructions, the food was cold, and some items were missing. ❗️ There is a complaint about a unique policy at one Subway location where they stop taking orders earlier than advertised closing time. Another customer missed both drinks in their order and found it unprofessional that the store’s phone number was invalid. Uber only offered an 80p refund for the two drinks.
