Subway location was closed despite stated operating hours; staff inside were dismissive and unhelpful. Reviewer usually only reviews Subway locations that are exceptionally good or bad; unfortunately, this one falls into the latter category. Poor service experience at this particular Subway location: staff member seemed disinterested and had difficulty understanding requests. Stingy with salad and sauces. ✨ Mixed experiences with redeeming rewards: previous incident where a side required a purchase, and this time the employee did not properly scan the customer’s Subway card. Drink machine was said to be broken by employee, although it appeared to be working fine to the customer’s observation.
