Fresh veggies and great taste at Subway Staff could be more friendly and better trained Had to repeat order multiple times and felt staff were making fun of customers Footlong sandwich was only footlong in bread size, lacked sufficient ingredients Only 2 slices of cheese on a footlong sandwich felt like eating bread with mayo and teriyaki Horrible service experience at a specific branch with an unhelpful and rude staff member Worker didn’t use gloves, appeared to be on his phone or in the toilet without washing hands ⏰ Rushed customer had expectations of better hygiene and customer service from Subway branch.
