This Subway branch has very unfriendly and impolite staff. Card machine has not been working since April 2016, forcing customers to pay with cash. Fridge is frequently empty, limiting drink options to those from the dispensing machine. The restaurant is consistently dirty and unpleasant. £3 lunch deal was removed, making the cheapest option £4. Opinions are mixed on this change. One reviewer had a terrible experience with insulting staff who threatened to call the police when asked for a refund. The whole family was left embarrassed and distraught. Service at this Subway location isn’t great, but the food is fairly standard and okay. However, if you want pork in your sandwich, you need to go to another Subway branch. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and features a relaxed pasta bar. Ho
